Enhanced Quote finalization permissions

🚧 This feature has been deferred from this release and will be made available in a future release.

This update introduces two distinct permissions to replace the previous single “Finalize Quote” control for opportunities. Administrators can now separately manage quote finalization rights for New Purchases and Subscription Updates.

UI changes

The following two new options are added to the Roles & Permissions > Role Setting section:

• Finalize opportunities - When enabled, it allows the resellers to finalise an opportunity without marketplace manager’s approval.
• Finalize subscription update opportunities - When enabled, it allows the resellers to finalise a subscription update opportunity without marketplace manager’s approval.

📝 Note: Approvals pending before enabling this option still require manager’s approval.

• This change allows for more precise governance and alignment with different approval workflows.
• It helps reduce errors and unintended finalizations while maintaining existing behavior until the feature flag is activated.
• Once enabled, administrators can configure each permission independently within Role Settings under Roles & Permissions.

📝 Note: Existing system behavior remains unchanged until your administrator enables this feature. Once enabled, roles must be configured for the new, separate permissions.
